Dennis and Rose were both widowed. They met on Ave Maria Single Catholics Online and have been married for 17.5 years. Together, they have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
Calling Couples to Christ : 5:50
The couple share how they both were involved in marriage ministry before meeting and after marrying in 2002 felt called to help couples build strong, healthy and holy marriages, leading them to launch the apostolate Calling Couples to Christ. Their ministry provides services for marriage preparation, enrichment, and restoration. They seek to support couples in all seasons of marriage by mentoring, teaching, and coaching couples on retreats and in one on one settings. The ministry has been running a blog for 5 years that posts articles and content weekly.
Ministry Work in the Pandemic : 13:00
Dennis and Rose have continued their ministry throughout the pandemic by meeting with couples over zoom and running virtual retreats. While they miss meeting with people in person they are thrilled to be sharing content and coaching couples in this challenging time for so many families and marriages. Dennis highlights a virtual retreat that they hosted for a parish in May with 9 participating couples that focused on looking at marriage through the lens of scripture.
