Through divine providence, our 2020 Archbishop’s Gala will be online and free of charge, and Sacred Heart Major Seminary’s clergy and lay alumni, donors, sponsors, faculty, students, seminarians and all those in our wider Sacred Heart family can join us to thank God for 100 years of blessings! We are beginning the next century of forming priests, deacons, and lay leaders to be heralds of the New Evangelization and to Unleash the Gospel throughout the world.
Join us live on Friday, June 26, 2020, 7 – 8 p.m.
Doors to our virtual ballroom open at 6:45 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.
The program includes:

With Gratitude to Our Sponsors and to You
It is with grateful hearts that we acknowledge and thank our 2020 Archbishop’s Gala Exclusive Sponsors, all of whom maintained their support this year. Their support and yours helps us to train your future priests, deacons, lay ministers, and leaders. We also extend special thanks to the Knights of Columbus for their generous and unwavering support of our seminarians, for each member’s generosity, and for the countless raffle tickets sold. Please consider making a donation to support your seminarians.
Let’s celebrate 100 years and make this the best attended Archbishop’s Gala ever!
For the last several years we’ve made record after record – with gala attendance reaching 1,200 guests and proceeds totaling more than $1 million. This year, help us make this the largest gala ever by inviting those who may be interested in learning more about the seminary and our mission. Sacred Heart trains men from 14 dioceses and three religious orders. These dioceses and orders together reach nearly 17 million Catholics. Those who could never attend our Detroit gala can now participate. Please consider inviting guests to join you at your virtual “ballroom dinner tables” – seating is unlimited! If you’re unable to watch the gala live, a recording and additional information will be available shortly after the event.
