Peter Randolph from the Diocese of Lansing speaks on the significance of the two monasteries the seminarians visited today. The first was Stella Maris monastery on Mt. Carmel, where it is believed Elijah went to pray. The second was St. Elias monastery (where this was recorded) which had a magnificent viewpoint and allowed the seminarians to meditate on the scriptures involving the prophet Elijah, especially 1 Kings 18:20-40.
